Returns are not valid on Puppy Meal, Adult Meal & Treats.

The good boy meals are cooked only after the order has been placed and confirmed.

If the pack is puffed, smells rancid or not fresh when opened, please do not serve it to your dog and ask for immediate replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer no refund on meals, all the good boy meals are cooked only after the order has been placed and confirmed.

We do not refund amounts for orders that are already serviced.

We do not offer returns or refunds on Treats.

Delivery & Handling Charges

The good boy may charge delivery and handling charges with applicable taxes at its sole discretion from time to time.
At present, our prices are inclusive of shipping & other taxes and additional packaging cost as per your requirement at check-out page. In its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice, may revise such charges.

Modification

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. we shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products.
once the order is placed and confirmed, any modifications such as change of recipes, change in address or date of delivery for the outgoing order, needs to be done 24 hours prior to delivery.
